TRACES is hosted by the University of Lucerne and conducted in collaboration with research partners across Switzerland, Belgium and the United Kingdom. The project is funded by the European Research Council.
Primary funder
ERC Starting Grants support promising early-career researchers with two to seven years of experience after their PhD to build their own research team and pursue ground-breaking projects. TRACES was selected in the 2025 call under the SH2 panel (Institutions, Governance and Legal Systems).
